In Sonryse, we offer you a simple 30-day return policy, so that you can feel safe shopping with us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days to return the unworn product, with all labels still attached, for a refund.

We want to inform you that our company policies allow for exchanges, giving you the opportunity to receive the product you wish to return and receive store credit for the full amount. This credit can be used to place another order for a different model or size that suits your needs. If you're not interested in an exchange or purchasing a different garment, we can initiate a refund process. These options are applicable if the specified criteria are met.

All returns are subject to quality approval from our warehouse.

To be chosen for a refund, the items must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment under the following conditions:

The product must be unworn, with all labels still attached, and sent back in the original packaging.

The garment must be free of odors and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on the item.

For health reasons, we ask that you wear underwear when trying on our garments. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be chosen for return and will be sent back to you.

Even though not mandatory, it's recommended to return these items with the tracking number as our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange or refund can be processed.

For orders outside the United States, the buyer must pay for international shipping to our warehouse. International shipping is not refundable, only the cost of the product.

Regular processing time for exchanges and returns is from 7 to 14 days from the moment your package arrives at our warehouse. All changes and unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that it may take up to one billing cycle before this refund is viewed as a credit. Returned products that do not meet the above conditions are subject to additional fees (up to 50% of the original price).

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or receive the wrong item please contact us immediately.

Unclaimed packages returned to our warehouse are subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee.

Note that for health reasons some of the items sold on our site (mainly bras and some but not all girdles and panties) are considered "FINAL SALE" which means that we cannot and will not accept them for return or exchange. Final sale items are always noted on their respective pages and you will always be informed when a final sale item is in your shopping cart, before starting the checkout process. Items in the Clearance - Promotion category are also considered final sale.

Gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Discount coupons or coupons are not valid on clearance items.
